I looked at my survey responses this week.
I had 3 interesting responses.
One said: "People engage but don't become leads."
Another said: "Get engagement, gain visibility and convert."
A third said: "People engaging with my content becoming leads would change everything."
See, you’re not alone in this.
Getting leads from LinkedIn posts isn’t difficult.
You just need to have a system to capture the interest they're already generating.
The missing piece after every post
Most coaches are extremely diligent.
The post and post and post.
Getting high on dopamine.
Never asking themselves the important question:
What happens after someone likes your post?
Here’s what actually happens after someone reads your post (in sequence):
They read your post.
They resonate with what you’re saying.
They are curious about you.
They click on your profile from the post.
They scroll and check you out.
And they’re off to the LinkedIn black hole.
They don’t enter your funnel.
They don’t comment.
They don’t DM you.
They scroll away.
And you never hear from them again.
Why?
You don’t have a lead capture system!
What changes when you add a lead capture system
The lead capture system start with an engagement trigger.
Some engagement triggers:
A comment CTA.
A lead magnet.
A simple "reply with X."
This was mine:

Now they know WHAT to do after reading your post.
Some encouragement for you:
Successful coaches aren’t “better” than you in any way.
(They might even be lazier than you…)
They just have a lead capture system!
