I hit creator burnout—hard

There was a stretch when I couldn’t even get out of bed.

Simple things felt heavy.

I was anxious about work
Anxious about play.
Anxious about everything and anything under the sun — even hanging out with my girlfriend over the weekend brought me stress.

I remember waking up with this tightness in my chest and head that just wouldn’t go away.

And no amount of LinkedIn engagement or growth made it better.

Thank God for carrying me through that season.

What helped?

Not more content.
Not more AI tools.

I stopped everything for a while.

Then, slowly, I started again in 2024, with greater intention.

I set 3 things in motion

1. A goal:
To help overwhelmed creators grow intentionally on LinkedIn

2. A plan:
To post just 3x a week—consistently and sustainably

3. A system:
My AI-powered ChatOS system
It helped me write in my own voice, organize my ideas, and keep my sanity.

And this time, I didn’t burn out.

In fact, I started growing faster than ever.

I hit 20K followers.
I built The Juicer newsletter to 8k followers.
And in October 2024, I woke up with a little blue badge in my inbox—
LinkedIn Top Voice.

(Yay!)

But more than that—I felt calm. Focused.
At peace with the way I was building.
