Hey {{ck:_first_name|friend}},

A few days ago, I was 35,000 feet in the air.

No Wi-Fi. No Slack. No LinkedIn.
Just cabin lights, half-warm meals, and an attempt to fall asleep on a neck pillow.

But while I was flying to Switzerland to start my holiday...

I made 2 sales.

No post went live.
No newsletter was scheduled.
No one-on-one messages were sent.

It just… happened.

Why?

Because I built a system that runs—even when I don’t.

I wasn’t "on." But my funnel was.

Let’s be honest.

We work hard at our 9–5s. We show up every weekday.
We stay on top of deadlines, reply to emails, and push deliverables over the finish line.

But if your income only comes from your time, it’s capped.
And when life happens (like a flight, a sickness, or a busy week), the whole thing grinds to a halt.

Unless... you build something that keeps working in the background.

So what exactly made those 2 sales?

I didn’t plan a campaign.

I just had my 9–5 Solopreneur Autopilot Workflow quietly doing its job.

Let me show you what I mean 👇
(I’ll include the actual screenshot in this email for reference.)

Here's how the system flows:

🔵 LinkedIn → Beehiv → Gumroad → You’ve made a sale

Let me walk you through it:

  1. Scheduled LinkedIn Post
→ With a CTA to comment “blueprint” for my Solopreneur OS guide

  2. Someone comments “blueprint”
→ I reply with a link to a squeeze page hosted in Beehiv

  3. Squeeze page → Course offer page
→ Before delivering the free guide, they see a limited 20% off offer for my mini-course

  4. If they buy?
→ It sends them to Gumroad checkout
    → I wake up to a “You’ve made a sale” email

  5. If they don’t?
→ They’re redirected to the original Notion-hosted lead magnet anyway

The best part?
It doesn’t need me to be online. Or “on.” Or constantly creating.

I’m not saying this is magic. I’m saying it’s a system.

It took me one focused weekend to set this up.

Now it does the thing most people chase after:
⚡ Converts curiosity into cash
⚡ While still delivering real value
⚡ Without being pushy or “salesy”

If you’re juggling a full-time job and a business like I am...
This is how you create leverage.

One post.
One simple redirect.
One lead magnet with a quiet upsell.

Want help setting yours up?

I just wanted to share this because I know how discouraging it can feel when you’re:

  • Posting on LinkedIn with no feedback

  • Writing newsletters with no sales

  • Stuck in a full-time job with limited time to “build your business”

But when you create systems, your time multiplies.

And that’s the shift I want for you.

If you’ve got questions on any part of this funnel—just hit reply.
Happy to walk you through it.

See you next week,
Justin
