Most people think consistency is about willpower.
But if you're a full-time solopreneur, here’s the truth:
It’s not a discipline problem. It’s a systems problem.
I don’t post consistently because I have unlimited energy.
I post because I built a workflow that does the heavy lifting for me.
Here’s my real 9–5 content system
I built it inside ChatGPT, and I call it Solopreneur OS.
It’s not a tool I occasionally “use.”
It’s the way I run content, create assets, and manage my business.
Here’s how I actually create 3+ posts a week—even while working full-time:
🔹 Step 1: I generate 5 ideas
On Monday, I ask my system:
“Give me 5 post ideas based on my lead magnet + what my audience is struggling with.”
It does. Quickly.
🔹 Step 2: I choose 1 strong pain point
I pick the idea with the sharpest edge—something that speaks to the emotional pain of my audience.
🔹 Step 3: I draft with Solopreneur OS
I use the LinkedIn Writer inside my system to turn that idea into a full post.
It gives me a clean first draft in my tone—fast.
🔹 Step 4: I edit with the HEART Framework
I tweak the hook.
I add emotional connection.
I make sure it sounds like me.
This is where bland AI posts turn human.
🔹 Step 5: I create a visual
Depending on the post, I’ll add:
A carousel
A photo of me
A cheat sheet
Something to stop the scroll and earn the click.
🔹 Step 6: I schedule it
I post Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Tuesdays: Story or teaching post
Thursdays: Lead magnet + soft pitch
Saturdays: Chill, text-only rant or casual reflection
Want to try this today?
Here’s a quick action plan you can follow—no excuses, just a 30-minute start:
Pick your topic:
Think of 1 thing you’ve helped someone with in your 9–5. That’s your next post.Draft your post:
Use ChatGPT or your own words. Focus on the problem, your insight, and a takeaway.Edit it with HEART:
Hook it in
Make it relatable
Speak emotionally
Add a clear takeaway
Keep it in your voice
Post it this week:
Schedule it for Tuesday or Thursday night. You’re building rhythm, not chasing trends.Bonus:
If you already have a free resource, make that your soft CTA.
(“Comment ‘blueprint’ and I’ll send it to you.”)
You don’t need to build the full OS right away.
You just need to post one thing with clarity.
Then repeat.
Got questions about how I built my system?
Or what your next step should be?
Just hit reply. Ask me anything.
See you next week,
Justin
