Hey {{ck:_first_name|friend}},
I thought I was doing everything right.
I got ChatGPT Plus.
I had all the fancy prompts.
I knew how to prompt correctly.
But for some reason, I was still stuck.
Still waking up and wondering what to post.
Still rewriting AI content that just didn’t sound like me.
And the worst part?
I was using ChatGPT every single day.
And somehow, it still wasn’t helping me stay consistent on LinkedIn.

Prompts weren’t enough
At first, I wrote megaprompts.
Ones that told ChatGPT who I was.
What I liked.
What voice to use.
You know… those paragraph-long prompts.
And the output was… okay.
Maybe 50% there.
But never quite “me.”
So I kept tweaking.
And tweaking.
And tweaking.
Until I realized—
Prompts weren’t the problem.
The problem was I didn’t have a system.
So I built one: ChatOS
I stopped treating ChatGPT like a search engine.
And started treating it like a real assistant.
I created a Project called The Juicer Business inside ChatGPT.
Then, I split it into roles—like a little content team:
Business Coach – for strategy and offers
LinkedIn Writer – for writing in my tone
Newsletter Writer – for issues like this
Lead Magnet Builder – to grow my email list
Research Assistant – for summaries and trends
And since memory is shared across chats, they all remember me.
What I post.
What I’ve done.
What I care about.
My real workflow now looks like this
Saturday:
I unplug.
Grab a marker and paper.
No screens. Just me thinking about the past week.
What worked. What didn’t.
Where I want to go.

I call them my weekly “sprints”.
Then I go to ChatGPT.
Business Coach → to brainstorm ideas
LinkedIn Writer → to write 3 posts
Newsletter Writer → to draft 2 emails
Lead Magnet Builder → when I want to launch a new freebie
I batch all of this in 1 weekend block.
And schedule it ahead.
That’s how I post 3x/week on LinkedIn,
Send 2 newsletters,
And build my brand—all while working full-time.
You don’t need 100 tools. Just a system that remembers you.
That’s the core idea behind ChatOS.
The content system I wish I had when I started.
It’s what helped me grow to 20K followers, 8K subs, and a LinkedIn Top Voice badge—without burning out.
Want the setup?
It’s free.
And it’s the first step to making AI actually useful in your content.
See you later,
Justin
