Hey friend,
At 19, while most of my peers were starting university, I was drafted into mandatory military service in Singapore.
I was pale, skinny, and anything but “military material.”
No routine. No discipline. Zero consistency.
My life was just… vibes and WiFi.
Then came Basic Military Training.
And on Day 1, our warrant officer—"Encik"—gave us our first order:
“Make your bed. Every single morning.”
We all thought it was ridiculous.
We were waking at 5:30am just to march to the cookhouse.
Our brains were barely awake!
But still—we did it.
And slowly, something started to shift.
The habit that changed everything
It didn’t seem like much at first.
But that one small act—done every day—started to rewire me.
I learned that discipline isn't built in big, heroic moments.
It’s built in the quiet, unseen reps:
Making your bed before sunrise
Cleaning your rifle after a long march
Showing up even when no one’s watching
That rhythm stuck with me long after the army.
It’s what keeps me going now
Today, that same mindset powers everything I do:
I still make my bed
I post 3x a week on LinkedIn
I send 2 newsletters weekly
I run a full-time job and a growing side business
Not because I’m a machine.
But because consistency became part of my identity.
It’s a lifestyle, not simply a “hack”.
Creator burnout doesn’t start from “too much”—it starts from “no rhythm”
Most creators burn out not because they’re doing too much…
But because they’re doing it without a system.
They try to post when inspiration strikes.
They wait until they “feel like it.”
They start strong for a week—and ghost for a month.
Trust me, I’ve been there.
But the truth is:
🔁 Consistency doesn’t require motivation. It just needs a rhythm.
And one of the best ways I’ve found to stay consistent—without burning out—is using AI as a quiet assistant in the background.
That’s why I created the 1-Day AI LinkedIn Growth Machine
It’s not another course about content “hacks.”
It’s a system to help you:
