Hey {first_name|friend},

I thought I had finished building my 5-part operating system, shared last week.

WriteOS.
TrackingOS.
ChatOS.
TaskOS.
PlanOS.

Five parts. Each doing its job.

But something was still off.

The parts weren't talking to each other.

TrackingOS lived in Notion. Calendar lived in Google. Gmail was Gmail.

Every morning, I was the one bridging the gaps.

That's not a system…

That's just MeOS!

Global HR shouldn't require five tools per country

Your company going global shouldn’t mean endless headaches. Deel’s free guide shows you how to unify payroll, onboarding, and compliance across every country you operate in. No more juggling separate systems for the US, Europe, and APAC. No more Slack messages filling gaps. Just one consolidated approach that scales.

Then two weeks ago, something shifted.

The last time AI floored me like this was 2021.

Jasper. Blog posts. Wayyy before ChatGPT existed.

That same feeling hit me again. Outta nowhere.

I got goosebumps as I’m writing this again.

This time?

It was Claude.

You already know TaskOS is Claude Cowork.

It's my execution engine. Where real work gets done.

But here's what just changed.

Claude now connects to MCPs. Think of them as keys to my other tools:

📋 My Notion databases (TrackingOS)
📅 My Google Calendar
📧 My Gmail
📂 My Google Drive

And even my Apple Reminders.

Claude can now read across all of them. At once.

It became the orchestrator of the whole OS.

Here's the example that made my jaw drop.

Every morning at 8am—my Siri shortcut fires automatically.

A prompt goes straight to Claude.

It runs in the background.

It pulls from my Notion databases.
My calendar. My Apple reminders.

On the MRT—I open Claude.

And there it is.

My daily briefing. Priorities. The big needle-movers for the day.

Just what matters today.

I could then either do them myself or Claude to do them for me.

Now—a quick note on ChatGPT vs Claude.

I still use both. Here's the honest split:

ChatGPT — Creativity. Brainstorming. Right brain. That's ChatOS.
Claude — Logic. Execution. Systems. That's TaskOS.

One thinks. One does.

Left brain and right brain. Both essential.

You need both! (And no, it’s not necessary to pay for them)

The OS was always meant to work like this.

Each part feeding the next. Nothing slipping through the cracks.

Claude just became the connective tissue that makes it real.

Still got gaps between the parts of your system?

That's exactly the conversation I want to have.

I'm opening 3 spots this week.

30-minute discovery calls — free.

No pitch. We'll look at what you have. And what's missing. I'll share exactly what I'd build for your life.

Solopreneur? This is for you. 9–5er building something on the side? You too.

Only 3 spots. First come, first served.
