Can I be honest..?

For the longest time, I couldn’t stay consistent on LinkedIn. 🫠

Every Sunday night, I’d tell myself:

"Okay, this week I’ll post more on LinkedIn."

But by Wednesday, I’d be swamped, scrambling for ideas, and questioning if any of it even mattered.

Sound familiar?

It wasn’t that I lacked ideas or motivation.
I simply didn’t have a habit that turned ideas into action.

But over time—and many missed weeks later—I stumbled into something that quietly changed everything:

I started scheduling thinking time.

Not just writing time. Not just posting time.

But actual thinking time, in my calendar.

Here’s what I do every single week now:

🗓 1. Time slot for posting and engaging

Every weekday at the same time, I have a short 30mins block dedicated to just two things:

  • Publishing my post

  • Engaging with others in the comments

I post on LinkedIn on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and have a fun rant on Saturdays!

For this newsletter, I post on Wednesdays and Fridays.

So technically, I post almost “every day”.

🧠 2. Time slot for business strategy (no screens!)

Every Saturday morning, I sit down with paper and a marker—yes, old school—and ask myself:

  • What worked last week?

  • What didn’t?

  • What do I want to test next?

This weekly “strategy sprint” gives me clarity.
It helps me think like a business owner, not just a content creator.

Then, I plan out the overall strategy for the next week:

→ Testing what content works best
→ Testing what content I’m the best at making
→ Testing what posting frequency is best for me
→ Testing what schedule suits my lifestyle

Notice how I’m always testing things? I treat business actions like experiments.

Finding what works best for the business and ME.

✍️ 3. Time slot for batch content creation

Right after my strategy sprint, I move into content mode.
Armed with notes and ideas, I create:

  • LinkedIn posts for the coming week

  • Newsletter drafts

  • Lead magnet or funnel ideas

Lately, I’ve even been experimenting with daily LinkedIn posts and 2 newsletters a week.

It’s intense—but sustainable.
Because it’s built into my calendar.

Here’s what changed after I built this habit:

I stopped waiting for motivation.
I built a consistent posting rhythm.
I gained clarity on what’s working—and what’s noise.
I actually started enjoying content again.

And the best part?

I’m no longer guessing what to post each week.
I’m running small, intentional experiments—just like a real business.

If consistency has always been your weakness, start here:

Put thinking time in your calendar.

That one shift changed everything for me.
And I believe it can for you too.

You don’t need more hustle. You need a rhythm.

So go ahead. Open your calendar.
Block time for your future self.

Want my full system that helps me post consistently with AI?

It’s the blueprint I’ve used to:

  • Post regularly using AI without burnout

  • Map content to my business goals

  • Grow an audience with purpose

If you’re ready to turn ideas into action, ChatOS will help you build your rhythm.

Your friend,
Justin
