Hey {{ck:_first_name|friend}},
Most coaches use AI to write a post.
Then they're back to doing everything else manually.
That's not a system.
That's just a faster typewriter.
Here's how I actually use AI to run my entire lead generation engine, from first impression to booked call.
How AI-Era Pricing Is Reshaping Finance Operations
Usage-based and hybrid pricing models are changing how B2B companies generate revenue — and creating new headaches for the finance teams behind them.
Tabs co-founder Rebecca Schwartz and PwC Partner Amit Dhir sat down to unpack exactly what that means in practice: how pricing model decisions ripple into revenue recognition, forecasting, and financial ops — and what it takes to scale without piling on manual work.
Watch the on-demand recording to get practical frameworks, real-world examples, and a clear path to operationalizing usage-based revenue — including a forward-looking take on how AI will reshape financial workflows. If your team is navigating pricing complexity heading into the back half of the year, this is worth an hour.
Step 1: Claude is my operating system

Everything starts inside a Claude Project I call Content OS.
It knows my brand voice, my ICP, my offers, my tools.
I don't brief it. I just prompt it in natural language.
That’s because I’ve already stuffed it with context from:
PDFs of my past posts, pitch deck
Claude Skills that I’ve trained over time
Links to my landing pages, website etc.
From this one launchpad, I create LinkedIn posts, newsletter emails, lead magnets, and discovery call prep.
Step 2: Content gets scheduled automatically
Every post I write in Claude gets scheduled directly into Buffer via the Model Context protocol (MCP).
Buffer publishes to LinkedIn every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30pm.

No leaving the one Claude workspace just to perform multiple actions.
Step 3: Leads get captured and nurtured in Beehiiv
Every LinkedIn post has a CTA that pulls the right people onto my email list.
Once they're in Beehiiv, a survey automatically qualifies them.
I ask my leads multiple-choice questions like:
What’s their name?
Are they a coach or consultant?
Do they have a proven offer?
Are they making $3k+ a month?
The survey tells me everything.
From there, I have the choice to either reach out to them directly on LinkedIn or tag them using an automation and segment my email list.
Leads don't wait for business hours.
With Wati, every message across Instagram DM, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and web chat gets an instant AI-powered response. Automations qualify leads, route conversations, and log everything automatically, so your team only steps in when it’s time to close.
Step 4: Qualified leads get flagged in HubSpot
Here's where it gets powerful.
Every day Claude runs a lead qualification check.
It pulls the ICP-qualified survey responses from Beehiiv and syncs them directly into HubSpot.
I open HubSpot in the morning and see exactly who came in overnight.
Name. Business. Pain point. And even a LinkedIn profile.
All ready for some warm outreach via LinkedIn.
Step 5: I reach out on LinkedIn
Armed with that context from the enriched leads in my CRM, I send a personalised DM to every qualified lead.
No cold outreach.
I already know they're my ideal client before I say a word.
Plus, they’ve already received value from the lead magnet I sent them.
The DM convo usually starts warm.
And warm conversations become booked calls.
Step 6: Cal.com closes the loop
When they book a call, Cal syncs to my calendar and CRM so I know when and who booked me.
Every booking goes straight into HubSpot.
I then decide with a confirmation on whether they qualify for the call.
Nothing falls through the cracks.
That's the full system.
Six tools. One connected system.
It runs whether I'm at my 9-to-5, on a date, or asleep.
And it's why I book 3 discovery calls a week without chasing anyone.

oh hey there!
