1. Download the PDF Guide

2. Register an Account with Elephant.ai
First, head to Elephant.ai to get yourself registered.
It’s free.
3. Connect Data Sources
Let’s start with a website.
The AI chatbot needs to be trained on the website’s content before it can use your information to chat with users.
Step 4 & 5: Key In Website URL and Click on Fetch Links
By providing your website homepage URL, the AI chatbot will be trained on content all across your website.
Step 6: Click on Create Chatbot
Once done, you will see the links added to the knowledge base.
Step 7: Key in the Chatbot Name and Upload Your Desired Logo
Give it a name and upload your logo.
Click on Create Chatbot.
Step 8: Wait for Your Chatbot to be Trained
Step 9: Start Chatting with the Chatbot to Test its Outputs
Feel free to test out the chatbot within the interface.
If you’re not satisfied, you can upload more content for it to be trained on later.
Step 10: Click on the Connect Tab.
You’ll get two options for embedding into your website:
iFrame Integration
Interactive Chat Bubble
For demonstration purposes, I’ll be using an Interactive Chat Bubble.
11. Copy the code and paste it into your website’s HTML
My website is WordPress, so I added it to my Kadence theme under the Custom Scripts within the Customize tab.
12. Use integrations (with a paid plan)
Of course, there are a number of integrations that you can integrate into your chatbot.

13. Your Trained Chatbot is Now Ready!
The chatbot will appear at the bottom right corner. You can click on it to expand.
You can refer to my website, justjooz.com, for an example of the AI chatbot!
14. Manage Leads and Analytics from the Activity Tab.
Under the Activity tab, you can manage your leads and see more analytics.
Of course, you’ll want to leave it for a week or so to see if it works well.
