30 days ago, I ran an experiment.
I committed to posting just twice a week.
No daily posting. No content grinding. No chasing the algorithm.
Just two intentional posts. Every week.
The result after 30 days?
An average of ~100 leads per week.
Not despite posting less.
Because of it.
Here's what I figured out:
B2B doesn't need high traffic. It needs focused traffic.
Most coaches are optimising for reach.
More posts. More impressions. More likes.
But reach isn't the goal.
The right people in your DMs is the goal.
And the right people don't need to see you every day.
They need to see the right message once.
The consultants booking calls consistently aren't posting more than you.
They're posting better content than you.
One post that speaks directly to your ICP's pain point beats five generic posts every time.
Quality signals authority.
Authority builds trust.
Trust books calls.
That's the whole game.
So stop asking: "How often should I post?"
Start asking: "Is this post speaking directly to my ideal client?"
Two posts a week. The right message. The right person.
That's all it takes.
