Hey {{ck:_first_name|friend}},
Just last week, I was in a meeting with my boss.
We were deep in a discussion about our hospital’s latest projections…
We were studying charts, tweaking Excel formulae—just doing normal data analyst things.
But I had one eye on my Beehiiv page.

Boom—I got:
100s of LinkedIn followers.
12 new email subscribers in 1 hour.
1 Gumroad sale notification.

A few DMs from people asking about my system.
It felt like an absolute hack.
Because while I was doing my job as a data analyst…
My business was quietly running in the background.
A day in the life (for real)
Here’s what an average weekday looks like for me:
7:30AM: Commute to the hospital (~1 hr)
9:00AM–6:00PM: Dashboards, automation, data pipelines, meetings
12:00PM–1:30PM: Lunch with colleagues
7:00PM: Commute home (~1 hr)
And after dinner?
I switch gears.
I open ChatGPT.
Specifically—my Solopreneur OS project.

It’s my content operating system.
Inside, I’ve got 4 heavily used chats for every function:
LinkedIn Post Writer
Newsletter Writer
Lead Magnet Generator
Business Coach
Each assistant remembers what I’m building and helps me stay consistent—without needing to re-explain everything.
I then use LinkedIn Post Writer to write about a topic.
Then, Newsletter Writer to write about a post that did well in the last week.
Talk to my Business Coach to validate an offer.
I spend just 1 hour working.
And at 9.30 pm, I close my laptop.
Maybe read some books after.
My day is done!
Here’s what my weekly content rhythm looks like:
Saturday morning: Batch content creation for the week
Sunday: Final edits and schedule LinkedIn posts
Post goes live: I reply to comments and DMs
Leads go to:
→ A squeeze page (to collect emails)
→ A sales page for my course
→ Then finally, the free resource (hosted on Notion)
That’s it.
I don’t do manual outreach. (That’s so tiring!)
I don’t pitch slap people on LinkedIn
The system does the heavy lifting—while I sleep, eat, or write code at work.
Want to see what powers it all?
Here’s one of the exact prompts I use inside Solopreneur OS:
Prompt:
“Write a LinkedIn post based on this idea: ‘What I learned from building my business while working a full-time job.’ Make it 7 slides with a personal, grounded tone.”
That’s it.
Notice it isn’t a megaprompt.
That’s cos it knows enough about me to write about me - like ME!
The Lesson?
When you’re a solopreneur, time is your scarcest resource.
That’s why leverage matters.
And for me, leverage looks like:
A well-designed system
An AI assistant that remembers me
A funnel that runs while I’m at work
You don’t need to post daily.
You just need a system that makes you show up consistently.
PS - Want to see how I do it?
I’m running a FREE webinar on 24 July, 11pm SGT.
I’ll walk through the exact setup that powers my business—from content to sales.
📩 Just reply “webinar” and I’ll send you the link.
See you later,
Justin “9-5” Chia
